100 canj23Today is a milestone in the life of nutritionchic. It’s hit its first century! This is the 100th story and I want to say a big ‘THANK-YOU’ to everyone who is reading or subscribing to it. Also, thank-you to all of you who have commented or e-mailed me questions. It’s great to hear your perspective and I would love to hear from more of you.

I really hope you are enjoying the stories and perhaps learning something along the way. But mostly I hope you come away feeling inspired, encouraged or just a little more cheerful than before you read it. After all, that great book of wisdom, the Bible, says the cheerful heart has a continual feast. As we race along to Christmas and the end of the year I hope you continue to enjoy ‘feasting’ on nutritionchic stories.

P.S. I have just updated the ‘About me’ page with more of who I am and what I do. Check it out!
