		<description>Hi Emily, You make the dough and allow it to rise in a warm place for a day or overnight. It should have bubbles on top from the fermentation and should smell yeasty. A tablespoon goes in a jar to be used next time and you can use the rest of the dough to make your first loaf of rewena.</description>
