I have toured school here in Oz with the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation and been so impressed with the grow, cook, eat philosophy and power to embed sound nutriiton principles. Any parent can make a start at home too, it only takes a balcony to grow a herb pot or cherry tomatoes. Fabulous to see this school kitchen garden taking shape.
